چکیده
Introduction: The development of antioxidant cosmetic products based on natural added to nanotechnology is gaining more and prominence. However, some these actives are hydrophobic, which makes their placement in aqueous systems impossible. As a strategy deliver hydrophobic hydrophilic gels, nanoemulgels have been presented.
Materials Methods: present study aimed prepare an nanoemulgel guar gum Pluronic® F127 as for the delivery hesperidin, flavonoid. A nanoemulsion was prepared characterized be incorporated into gel. formed evaluated rheology activity.
Results Discussion: had particle size 192 ± 4 nm, polydispersity index 0.11 0.01 zeta potential -32.1 0.9 mV. encapsulation efficiency obtained 99.35% rheological showed satisfactory gel characteristics topical use. nanoemulsions by DPPH method presented IC50 value 14.4 ±1.3 μg mL-1 expressed hesperidin equivalent 17.4 mg nanoemulgel. formulated delivered hesperidinsuccessfully without affecting its properties, showing promise anti-aging

Silver nanoparticles-containing dual-function hydrogels based on a guar gum-sodium borohydride system
Dual-function hydrogels, possessing both stimuli-responsive and self-healing properties, have recently attracted attention of both chemists and materials scientists. Here we report a new paradigm using natural polymer (guar gum, GG) and sodium borohydride (NaBH4), for the preparation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs)-containing smart hydrogels in a simple, fast and economical way. NaBH4 performs ...
متن کاملThermogelling aqueous fluids containing low concentrations of Pluronic F127 and laponite nanoparticles.
The triblock copolymer Pluronic F127 (PF127) is frequently used in colloidal and pharmaceutical formulations. Concentrated aqueous solutions of PF127 (>15 wt %) are known to undergo thermogelling (i.e., a sol-to-gel transition upon heating), which is attributed to the formation of a volume-filling cubic array of micelles. Here, we report that thermogelling can occur at much lower PF127 concentr...
متن کاملStudies on the Interaction of Guar Gum with Chalcopyrite
Adsorption, electrokinetic and flotation studies have been carried out to investigate the interaction of guar gum with chalcopyrite. The adsorption density of guar gum onto chalcopyrite shows a weak adsorption maximum at pH 9.5. The adsorption isotherms exhibit Langmuirian behaviour. The electrophoretic mobilities of chalcopyrite are decreased in proportion to the added concentration of guar gu...
متن کاملPeptide mapping by capillary electrophoresis with Pluronic F127.
Separation of peptides and proteins by capillary zone electrophoresis suffers from the interaction of these solutes with the capillary wall which results in the formation of broad peaks and low resolution. To minimize the protein/peptide-capillary wall interaction we tried to use Pluronic F127, a triblock copolymer of the general formula (polyethylene oxide)(x)(polypropylene oxide)(y)(polyethyl...
متن کاملThermal Degradation of Guar Gum
Information about the thermal degradation of guar gum has been obtained from the time dependence of the viscosity at high temperatures measured using a slit viscometer. The viscosity is related to the molecular weight using previously published relations between the zero shear specific viscosity and the coil overlap parameter in conjunction with the appropriate Mark-Houwink equation. Unlike ani...
